LDS Consulting was born from a career lived inside Italy's productive fabric. First operational roles, then corporate management, then consulting. We do not observe businesses from the outside: we know how they work from within.

Leonardo Di Sacco

The experience behind LDS Consulting was shaped over time, spanning functions, responsibilities and very different industries: insurance, electromechanical, local TV, trade, footwear, fashion, financial holding.

From an administrative role in 1987 to corporate management, then independent practice in 2002 and the founding of LDSC in 2015. A journey that built a broad view of business: numbers, organization, processes, decisions, people.

In 2024 Keply was born — not as a departure from consulting, but as the natural evolution of problems observed for years inside Italian SMEs.
